Hello

Im looking to buy a RR, i cant decide weather to go for a 4.0litre lpg or a diesel. Im a bit weary about buying a diesel as i bought one last july and by october the enguine had blown up on me and i have to sell it to a salvage yard and lost a lot of money, however this hasnt put me off the cars. Wat do i need to look for when buying a diesel and is it true they can be run on veg oil??
All advice would be very welcome dont want to buy another dud
