I've picked up a fairly solid s2a bulkhead but it needs some footwell work (not a prob) and one of the door post "feet" replacing - maybe even the other....

the question I have is.... anyone got any idea how I can ensure that the dimensions remain correct -- anyone built a simple jig of any description??
