Planning to do a serious rebuild of my 1971 Series 3 bulkhead (A pillar, footwells and vent openings) over the holidays - seems from the pictures on the web that many people use a jig to make sure the dimensions dont change. Does anyone have a drawing or measurments for the bulkead or jig please?

I bolted mine to a piece of wood before cutting it about to keep the feet in the right place, you can add as many reference points and marks to the wood as you need.

Same here. I left mine bolted to the old chassis and did one side at a time. When putting back onto new chassis it did need pulling about with ratchet straps to get the alignment spot on.
