First defender/90 rebuild, I'm a right thinking the rear tub is bolted down, no adjustments can be made, it's the bulkhead that's adjusted? , I'm struggling to get the doors to fit anything like flush,Or even shut!
is there any measurements I can work to ? The gap bulkhead to outrigger seems big, I thunk it would of only needed a few washers to space it, ANY advice would be great... Thanks

you are correct theres little movement to be had with the tub, but bulkhead can be titled forwards or backwards(,which is why you shouldnt fit the front wings and roof etc until doors are fitted) or spaced forwards using m12 washers, some have quite a few washers

I just did mine yesterday, well yesterday and half of Thursday! After some research I found that Land Rover claim a shut gap of 5-7mm around the edge of the door (not to roof or sill) I measured my door to be close to 865mm across the lower half (parallel) section. So, adding 10-14mm on for the recommended shut gap allowance I aimed for a gap between the bulkhead door post corner and the tub corner of about 875mm to 879mm. Mine ended up with a reasonably parallel gap of about 878mm, but the door is not parallel in the gap  Those measurements are ridiculously accurate, but you have to have something in mind to aim for :)
I ended up with three M12 washers in the passenger side and none in the drivers side to achieve those gaps. I've got pictures on my rebuild thread here.
