Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong? I'm struggling with my bulk head, I have tried several times to get the bulk head set up right, I have measured the doors and added 8mm both side, bolt the bulkhead in , but as soon as I hang a door the bulkhead seems to flex under the weight of the door, is it the wings and roof that take the flex out of the bulkhead? I dint want to put the wings and roof on only to have to remove if the doors dint fit right, it's a 1990 90 ...thanks for any help

Hang the doors first, then line them all up, then tighten the bulkhead brackets....
Don't tighten the steering column yet, until the bulkhead is aligned well, leave the windscreen brackets loose anorl ...
Is it the original or a replacement ?

Thanks for that, I'll give it a try, it's just the bulkhead seems flimsy when you bolt a door on, just the 2 brackets to the chassis , I think it's a new bulk head , I bought the 90 as a unfinished project, it came as a rolling chassis and a transit full of parts... Freshly panted bulkhead included, sure it's new as I have to fit new nutserts, seems fit fine to the out riggers, but I'll give it a go the way you've said.....thanks Steve

It's not clear if you've fitted the two big bolts at the piller feet AND the brackets from the footwells to the chassis.

Yep 2 big bolts fitted and the 2 chassis brackets, but bulkhead doesn't feel that solid, so thinking the wings and roof would help support .

youve got an issue somewhere there then bulkhead should be solid and is the only real adjustable part for the doors ,apart from hinges, wings should be fitted last ie once doors fit tub and roof and screen
