Hi all,

just a quick question - I want a rear step and was thinking of going for something like this

GTS001 - Twin Tow Step in Black

has anyone got one and can they vouch for it? and if you do, how did you go about fitting it? i can see that it bolts onto the bumper behind the tow bar but how did you get it on? with bolts and then reaching right around the back of the bumper to tighten them on?

any advice would be appreciated

got a similiar one from crashbox for a tenner iirc ages ago.. just bolted it to the angle under the rear xmember.. simplest thing to do ever

i've had a look under with a torch since, looks live if i get a couple of long, strong bolts through i should be ok

ive got one, i bend it near as look at it mind!

easy to bend back by hand! which tells you how strong it is...

I had two, one was slightly stronger than the other. If you use it as a step then it will be fine. If you try to use it for towing or as a bumper , forget it.

i use mine as a reverse parking sensor

Usually mounted just behind the towball, Ive got the single sided one.

depending on what/if you tow, you might need to "adjust" it a tad mines bent backward my 15 degrees to allow full articulation
