As seems common I've always wanted a Landy but never really had an excuse to get one. Well it turns out that binning my Astra into a ditch makes the insurance company give me a big fat cheque, which can be exchanged for an E Reg 110!

Picked her up on Sunday after a test drive and low and behold a few miles down the road I lose power steering, battery light comes on and temps start to rise. A quick phonecall to the very apologetic garage owner and I was creeping back to the garage with a shredded belt in hand.

Long story short I finally picked her up today and all seems right with the world. I just love chugging about town lording it over all the peasants in their regular cars. Next hurdle is acquiring and fitting a roof rack/bars to fit the canoe on top!

:welcome2:to loonyzone from a way up the A46

Prefer bars myself cause they're a lot easier to take off if you head off-road.....or you can just let tree's remove them for you

It'll make you a peasant soon enough, so you'll fit in with the rest of the yokels. Welcome to the Dark Side.
