Hello after having a problem with my break pedal bouncing !

I have noticeed that the rubber pipe has split and needs replacing but I don't no we're it goes to ?? It the one in the pic on top of fuel filter !! It's catching behind engine block burnt ish !


I can trace it to bulk head here but were from here bottom right it is !
