Iv got an 06 90 td5, uprated the front brakes to 110 vented type, are there any differences with master cylinders? Should this be uprated aswel?

No I don't believe so, if the pistons are the same diameter (and same number) as before then the master cylinder / caliper piston surface area ratio will be the same. All vented calipers do is aid cooling (unless you change to some fancy high spec multi piston ones)
