Think I may of made a whopper , Been pressure bleeding my brakes (sealey bleeder pump type ) and as there was 2ltrs left in the pump I thought why not pump it into the fluid container/can . But at the end it pumped air ? along with the last dregs before I stopped it .
Will this of ruins the whole lot in the container .
Or will it be ok .

The air will rise out of the fluid so no problem with that, But old fluid will be contaminated with water/Rubber/rust
So if it was me I would dump the lot,
At the end of the day for what it cost new fluid DOT 4 or better is preferably then damaged seals in the master cylinder or corrosion in calipers/ wheel cylinders,

Hi there's no crap or old fluid , it was just the remainder of the new left in the pressure bleeder .
that's good news as its a 5ltr can and only used a bit , as i do need to bleed again .

Whats your sequence , ive got 3 so far Landrover manual , Bearmach differs from that and Haynes manual is totally different . its a DEF 300TDI 90
