Hi,

Rebuild coming along nicely......whilst waiting for new bulkhead from Robert Owen engineering....sorting all those bits that fit to bulkhead.....aka brake and clutch pedal boxes
I have stripped down, got all parts ready to put back together but have a question on the two mills pins please.
Is there any reason why I could not use a suitable split pin or maybe a rolled spring pin instead of a mills pin?
I.e. Safety issues?

the old mills pins were a bugger to get out, so are there alternatives to future proof ?
