Just wondering if anyone had or know where i can get the dimensions of the boot in a 5 door freelander 1 when the seats are folded forward?

Right, without going outside with a tape measure, I'll tell you what sized bits of furniture I make that I regularly manage to get in a 5 door with the seats folded forwards:

Length: approx 1200mm
Width: just under 1000mm (in between the suspension turrets)
Height: approx 900mm up to the top of the tailgate door seal, but internally you can get about 1000mm if your item is short enough to squeeze into the vehicle at an angle.

If you fold the the rear seats over once, but not raise them vertically (so don't do the second fold), you can get about 1500mm in, length-wise, as long as the item's not too tall as it'll have to sit in with one end raised up on the seats
