Good evening all.

does my 98 Defender need a bonnet prop for the MOT?

I can't find my folding prop anywhere after my rebuild

I used a brush handle for mine, tester didnt say anything I told him that it was in the back.
Its only the catch thats tested, if it doesnt open its a fail.

If it falls and cracks the testers head open....the bonnet might not fail but everything else will

If that happened, I’m sure they’d find something to fail it on...
