My bonnet hinge is corroded and has become loose from the bulkhead what needs to be done? Do I remove the wing or glove box and dash to solve, is this an MOT fail ?

prob a fail . but mot guy wont be impressed if bonnet falls on him I`d say fix but not done one (yet!!)
