My 1987 90 with LT77 gearbox is playing up. 1 week ago clutch was fine then all of a sudden the clutch goes almost to the floor before disengaging, checked fluid, it was fine and I can't see any leaks. Anyone got any ideas ?

cylinder rod has gone through the fork gearbox out im afraid

if it was the fork worn and pushed over pivot wouldnt the pedal stay jammed or loose all pressure ,if still working put low down ,air or adjustment

sounds like a more extreme version of what happened to mine, James worked that one out for me (love ya james ;) ) but yeah, the two nuts that adjust the level of the clutch pedal on mine had vibrated so that the clutch disengaged too near the floor, and as such made it difficult to change gears. Maybe worth a look, will only take you 5 minutes.
