Got a ticket for stopping on a red route in London. The sign said I was allowed 20 mins for unloading (I was in my van). I was parked for approx 2 mins. In reply to my appeal TFL have stated I was observed for 5 mins not unloading, bull****. All this from a camera being manually operated from about 1/4 mile away
It was 7 in the morning heading out of London. If I lose this appeal the fine goes up to £180.
£180 for stopping 2 minutes on a deserted street
TFL's web site states they do not hand out parking fines as a way of raising income 'bollocks'
Sorry for my rant and probably not the right forum, but just had to vent my frustration.
