Hi all, thanks in advance of any help.
P38 1997 4.6 HSE 140k

Just driving home tonight about 20mph going down hill when BANG! - I thought it was an airspring, rolled to a halt, budda budda budda.

Got under, couldn't see any probs with airsprings other than the persistent soft fault leading to high ride height. #

Had to get home so carefully crept along, noticed following...

No noise under load (drive)
Budda scrape budda scrape under deceleration

If I had to guess i'd say it sounded like a half shaft but I really don't know, can anyone suggest ways to diagnose this please?

Propshaft UJ?
