Right,

To help me out in the short term I need to find out if the crank pulley and damper assembly from a 300 tdi will fit a 200 tdi.

Both engines are early 1990's

thanks in eager anticipation.

Look up both parts on a parts catalogue (or something like Paddock Spares, which uses LR parts numbers). If the parts numbers are the same, then you're okay. If they're different, the parts may still be swappable.

Pain doin that, just had a look and pulleys are separate from weighted bit.
thought some one may have known off hand so to speak.
