There's a scam engine company in wolverhampton, which has also setup in telford anorl. Avoid them.
If yer find a company to buy from, tell us first. Someone will know if its pukka or not. The scam company use fake addresses all over the uk.

You may be better just buying a doner car you get the engine plus alot more bit that can be very handy, or sell on and get the money back, just look for a failed MOT with a bad chassis, and hope its resonable milage
