Hi,

I’m looking to do a full fluid change on my 1990 200Tdi Defender and want to make sure I’m using the best options. What engine oil, gearbox oil, transfer case oil, diff oil, coolant, and brake fluid do you guys recommend? Any specific brands or specs I should stick to?

As long as it is within spec and you are changing regularly to the interval (either time or mileage) I am of the opinion brand does not matter and everything else is just a sales technique!

15/40 for engine, ATF for gearbox, 80/90 for everything else.
