Folks, I'm changing my exhaust at the weekend on my factory 3.5 V8 90 and I'm going to fit a set of Hedman header branch manifolds at the same time.

Ideally I want to fit and forget them, so I am looking to source the most appropriate manifold gaskets for the Hedmans, can anyone with actual experience of this job advise if I am best sticking with the older style individual gaskets,

or using the later style metal gaskets

Many thanks

i prefer the later type easier to fit too, studs are also better and also aid fitting if your flanges have enough room for the nuts, the last branch manifolds i fitted would only take allen bolts
