We were out in the weekend around the Llangollen area. I've got loads of good video but I made a quick piece just covering the V Gulley. Partly because I love that lane but partly because one of my mates had just had an expedition roof rack fitted that the V Gulley did not like!!

oops.

lucky he hasnt can open-ered the roof with the thing bolted through like that! :doh:

To be honest we had a look last night and it has lifted it a bit. He very nearly finished that lane as a convertible!

I think he was missing a few fixings when he bought the rack and that was one of those temporary things he never got back to sorting!

Thats an expensive mistake.

the only problem with those galv racks is the square faces just catch branches and obstacles without deflecting them!

super strong but super stubborn comes with that.

Definitely! When I last spoke to him the plan was to try and straighten it out then get it on ebay!
