hi everyone ! feel like i have been hit with a bloody great spanner . car insurance this year had to pay £540 smackers for my 20year old 90 landy. any of you know any good insurance companys that just do landrovers and dont rob you for next year. tel numbers would be great for they dont get me next year. only paid the £220 last year but that company stop insuring landrovers i was told. HELP HELP HELP!:(
 
Look through the magazines. There's loads of insurance companies competing for your business. Footman James, N.F.U., Adrian Flux, Lancaster Ins., to name but a few.
 
I've always sung the praises of the NFU for price and what you get for the money.
Unfortunately now I have experienced their quality of service (or lack of it) whilst making a claim I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.....:mad:

thats over £3600 a year!!! fookin hell when ya foned for ya quote did they ask you to pull ya pants down to make penetration easier?? when i was 21 i was insuring skylines and cossy's for less than a grand a year FC with Flux, an the disco i got now is under £300 a year FC with loads of extras!! go on confused.com for a start, then try specialists like Flux.
 
that was the best price i got from confused.com, tesco compare was ****. would i be right in saying you get a better price if you ring up?

thats with no points whatsoever so far! totally clean license held for 9 months now. Oh btw, thats only third party fire and theft.

Sweet holy ****ing mother of jesus H christ on a bike, for ****s sake, 3 and a half grand to insure ANYTHING and you chose that!!! Wass gonna happen when you get the first MOT and it's the same bill??? Must be a windup! The space shuttle's cheaper to insure than that!!!
 
Aye, i desperately need to change but can't find anyone else cheaper atm! And i'm certainly not driving another car!
