I suggest you do the following, measure your battery box space available in car.
Go to Tayna battery website. and look there, you will be offered a selection and also be able to see CCA AH, post position and physical size.
Then if necessary you can widen your search.
@neilly is correct - 072 is "the" specified battery. IME, You want the largest Ah and CCA you can get within the 072 size - there isn't really room for anything larger..... twin batteries are the option if you need more power....
We run two 300 D1's both have Varta silver batteries on - available from Tayna. You'll find that the spec varies even within the same brand - ours are 74Ah, 680 CCA(EN) - both in the standard 072 package size. Good enough, even high in the Pennines...
