Hi guys can anyone suggest a battery, no maint type if there is one for my beloved 3.5, one that's not going to give up after 1yr.

Most of the major battery companies are ok, try Varta or have look here. Car Batteries, Cheap Car Batteries, Replacement Car Batteries, Next Day Delivery from Perfomancebatteries.co.uk

I used Car Battery - Motorcycle Batteries - Leisure Batteries - Low Prices! to get a battery for my Camaro - Halfords and motoworld wanted £300 for an equivalent Exide (strange side terminal setup on the Camaro) So I got their cheapest side terminal and it's been great for 2+ years now. Plus they deliver next day for a reasonable charge.
