Hello everyone,
Thought I'd say hello- just bought a bargain basement Disco 1 200tdi for the winter. I've had several Series IIs a long time ago, so it's good to be back. I'm sure I'll be on here lots for advice- never driven anything this modern before! The Disco looks pretty good- chassis totally sound, floor pan and outriggers pretty good, mechanically all seems to work without too many creaks, but I need to, er, Discover more about her, so any recommended tweaks or mods to improve the power/speed/economy/handling etc welcomed.
This looks like a good place to hang out- can't see myself doing much offroading as I run my own business and work 7 days many weeks a year, but I'm not afraid to get stuck in with a spanner where necessary.
Thanks in advance for any tips or help, looking forward to contributing when I've learnt some stuff myself!
