hi every one started on my range rover today wondering what could be the problem...
i put a new diesel filter on as the diesel coming out of it looked like oil and tried firing it up sprayed easy start in the air flow and it started to run but and a big BUT when i tried revving the car it wants to stall will not rev above 1500 revs like its starved of diesel i have yet to have another day on it 2moro and i will fill tank of diesel up lol red light is not on but soon will be lol so please any suggestions? also i was going to take tank off and run the fuel pump direct from a jerry can see if it would run then but im seriously baffled.

if it works fine when brimmed i would examine the in tank pump assy and replace or repair!
