300Tdi disco here....... I have a whine coming from my front axle you can here it better on the driver side, you can here the noise right up to about 50mph when the engine drains it out...:drum:

Does anyone know weather its the needle bearing in the stub axle or one of the bearings on the input shaft to the diff...

Checked ya wheel bearings?Could be CV too.Cant really check them tho

Front wheel bearings are reasonably new not to say they arent worn, going to check the needle bearing tomo then go from there.
