Lot of water about lately.....Squealing when wet so I think I need to replace/tension the Aux drive belt. Manual says use special tools LRT-12-093/4 which I don't have. Has anyone replaced this belt without removing the fan, is it possible to do so? I would have a go at making the tools myself if any one has a sketch that they wouldn't mind posting.

Why not remove the fan? It takes a minute or two to do and makes access a whole lot easier.
