I rebuilding a 1986 2.5d but I got it as an unfinished project, so there is few things I'm un sure where they go.
one of which is the auxiliary belts ( power steering belt / fan belts ) does anyone have a map of a picture please ?

I thought it may be the same as a 200tdi but I seem to have and extra idler next to the power steering pump

That idler is the tensioner for the power steering belt.

Does anyone know the size of the bolt that goes in the bottom of tensioner ? The one that tightens up to lock the tensioner in place

It's m8x40 screw if anyone else needs it
