Hi have Xreg TD4 .... and I am removing old head unit and I am replacing it with a new JVC unit .... that has steering wheel control function. I understand that i need an interface connector.......which appears redily available........

I took out my old head unit and traced the radio loom back ...... to what appears a plug/socket located at the base of the center consul. This looks like an absolute pig to get at :doh:....... have any of the Landyzone crew got any tips or advice regarding getting at this socket ...... ie do I have to remove the aircon/heater panel to get better access?????

Hope you can help peeps ..... look forward to any pointers...
