The nearside washer jets on the D2 both need adjusting as they spray too low down on the windscreen. As I always do I slid a pin into each nozzle in turn and tried to move them but I couldn't shift either of the nozzles. I even tried the offside ones as well but to no avail. I ended up bending the pin. Are the nozzles fixed or should I be able to adjust them and they have just seized up?

Yes they are, give them a bit more force or replace.

I managed adjust mine but they were really stubborn to move first.

Try scrubbing them with a small brush to clean any muck off. Might help.

A quick splash of WD40 also works, if the jets are stubborn than a pin will bend, use a needle of similar size they are made of harder steel.

I haven’t left it on a train, I do carry it every day for work, plus my laptop for site meetings sometimes
