Rocking horse sh*t.... Thought of getting yours recon'd? "Legs" were who did mine, seems ok so far although it may have some slack on the mainshaft. (Not sure, but overdrive jumps out if not held in.)

im guesing your bearing completly went, im sure if you can change a gearbox you can change the bearing its not hard.

i have two spare series 3 boxes, both used. didnt know there where rare!!

the good nick makes them rare, not in the sense there hard to get hold of, have 3 sitting under cover all with various parts nicked off

LEGS ceased trading many moons ago
