I have just bought a 4ft hi lift and adaptor off ebay for £62, in nice condition, no rust, hardly used.
i have used other people's cheapos recently although they worked without problem, you can tell the difference.
my mate came round earlier and saw it and said 'yeah it looks a lot more beefy than the one you used the other day'
the genuine ones also seem heavier.
