Hey Chaps,

Im heading to Charlbury for NYE with a couple friends for a week and would like to show them a few lanes and answer their question

'Why the hell did you buy a Land Rover and not somthing normal?'

I know they wont want to drive too far out so im hoping for some basic lanes near Charlbury, OX29 9QR.

I'll be picking up an OS map on the way anyhow but just wanted to know if anyone knew any.

there's fook all in north Oxfordshire. best bet is to head down to near the ridgeway, cos there are a load of lanes nearby

What he said or over towards the Cotwolds. There is a route book in the latest Total4x4 magazine.

Funnily enough the house we arrived at was on a greenlane! nothing special thought but still was a deep puddle that only a Landy could cross
