Hi there,
New to this forum, having just bought a Range Rover after always wanting one. Got it last night and had it for about 10 minutes before it broke down! Battery light came on and the battery went completely flat. The AA man fiddled with the alternator and it now seems OK. Maybe a loose wire? Finally got home at 1.30am.
Anyhow, onto my query (probably the first of many). The radio currently sticks out a few cm from the dashboard as apparently the original cassette player was smaller. Is it possible to get a fascia adapter to take a full-size stereo? Sorry if this has been asked before, but I've searched the forums and FAQs and found nothing. The car's a 1992 Vogue SE (petrol).
If anyone's interested, you can read my review of the new Vogue a couple of years ago here.
