New here! But have just looking at disco's on ebay:

Landrover Discovery V8 ES Auto, spares only on eBay (end time 01-Apr-11 22:41:55 BST)

Everything's great, but you need to scrap the shell (which looks in pretty good shape to me). "It's not rocket science" but I don't get it... I assume it's likely stolen, but does anybody have any less paranoid ideas?

I'll be honest... i don't get it either... whatever is wrong with it he's not willing to put on eBay as he wants to ring you to tell you

V5 and lots of MOT's are possible to fake, but, tbh it sounds legit on that front

I'm suspicious about that shell thing too - looks too good to scrap!

I'm also suspicious about why he would only want a phone number - what's wrong with 'Ask the Seller'?

If it feels wrong, it probably is - report it in the sticky thread, and email AVCIS.

stolen mate told me they had found there was to be an investigation on it according to lukey luke a mate of myen in the force as he found it odd, he will let me know of progress
