Wanted a full carpet set for the 110, rung Exmoor trim 2 weeks ago, but, being a Friday afternoon they were closed - left a voice mail asking a question. 2 weeks later hadn't heard back from them so went to buy them anyway and price had gone up £25. So, rung them up, asked if they'd knock the £25 off and do them at the price they were advertising them at when i wanted to buy them. They said No. After a bit of moaning they offered to "split the difference" at £12.50 discount. I told them not to bother and hung up.

Thing is, i don't think anyone else sells the carpet set and i really want them, but, think they are being a bit arsey. They offer 10% off list prices at shows (which is more than £25) and they offer free postage on anything they don't have - i was asking for £25 off to bring it back to the price 2 weeks ago and was offering to pay postage.

Is it just me or are they being a bit arsey?

Good, glad it's not just me, bought stuff from them before and spent good money with them, so, thought they owed me a bit of customer service
 
Bought my Full Canvas top for my series 3 from exmore trim! Fits great but the trouble With a business that is doing well and are without any serious competition! They don't have to worry too much about pleasing the customer so that they return! They have the people numbers so are not concerned if you dont. Regards Chris
 
I never leave voice mail
i like to talk to some one so there is no " we didnt get your message " tripe
