The P38 shares the same stud pattern as the D3 ie 5 x 120. I don't know what the bore or offset is for the D3 but the P38 is 70.1 and 55 respectively.

G gavbriggs Well-Known Member Oct 15, 2009 #3 the l322 wheels fit the p38, well the 19 inch six(?) spoke do anyway! so if the l322 and d3 are same then yes.

Dorset VogueSE Well-Known Member Oct 15, 2009 #4 To fit the newer wheels (D3 / L322) on a P38, you require spigot rings to align the hub correctly. This implies that the hub bore of the newer wheels is larger, therfore you cant go the other way and fit P38 rims on a L322 or D3

G gtland Active Member Oct 17, 2009 #5 The L322 will fit P38 as stated, only with spigot rings & correct nuts. As Dorset Vogue says can`t see it going other way round tho`
