Hi can anyone tell me where the interior sensors are for the alarm system on a 2000 Freelander please?
I did not think I had any in the car, but when something fell from the dashboard the alarms went off.

Volumetric sensor is behind centre of roof lining and senses any movement in car interior about 15 seconds after car is locked with remote.
On most cars if you lock vehicle with key only, this isolates the Volumetric and alarm is only triggered if a door or bonnet is opened,I assume this applies to 3-door as well.
