My alarm fob (two button) packed up a few weeks ago found one of the three battery holder contacts had broke a bit of solder and fixed but after parked up overnight won't unlock unless I press the lock button four times only then do the indicators flash then can lock and unlock as normal it was doing this before the fob broke new battery fitted.going to order a new fob from remotefob.com could a interrupted voltage supply to the alarm itself be causing this.

Any temporary disconnecting of either of the two batteries (vehicle/fob) will required the ‘re-synchronise’ of the fob. So YES.
