you will need a fault code from T4 to give an area of the fault (probably best to book it into garage)
 
The usual suspect on these is an open circuit fault in the side air bags in the front seats.Look underneath them and locate the connectors,(yellow/orange coloured sheath on cables) when you have found them disconnect the battery and wait 20mins.Then disconnect and reconnect the connectors several times,then reconnect the battery.The action of pulling the connectors apart then together again "scratches" the contacts and makes a better connection.Switch the ignition on and see if the srs lamp goes out.
This is the most common fault I see with 99 on LP's srs systems - if the lamp goes off then the srs dcu is happy and should work in the event of an unplanned contact,but the fault will remain in the memory of the dcu until it is cleared with testbook etc.Good luck.
 
Thanks for quick informative responses, I will try disconecting battery etc, hopefully I can trace radio code first.
