Hi folks,

I’m in the midst of restoring my air con and am replacing the condenser and drier, although I’ve just noticed my tri-pressure switch has a split sleeve and is full of desiccant (sigh) as I’m gonna have to order a replacement I thought I may as well check what size of o-rings I need for the drier.

I have 2x 11mm (JUU100100L)and 2x 9mm (JUU100230L) at present and I need two for the hoses which connect into the condenser and two for the pipes to the drier, does that sound right ? The smaller o-ring looks ‘beefier,’

thanks again

I think I would just go to the dealer. How much can it be for 2 green o-rings? That way you'll know they'll fit correctly.

Well, I’m headed there tomorrow for a tri-pressure switch so I’ll do that.

Changed my oil cooler and transmission oil coolers and pipes today and popped some PU bushes on the anti-roll bar so feeling quite chuffed -until she leaks everywhere !

Try here for the sizes http://cat.lrparts.ru/?category=60301
or
Buy one of these kits. They seemed to have all the right sizes when I did mine a few years ago.

Click on each o-ring number 20-24 and it shows the sizes & LR part number, but unfortunately not the thickness.
