i got a quote with yourselfs around 2 weeks ago this came back at 2400 ish
i rang up and the quote had jumped to 2520, how can this happen, nothing abut me has changed

We are an insurance broker, so unfortunately we have no control to guarantee our prices (As we don't set them ourselves - the insurance company does) So unfortunately even if you had a quote this morning, it doesn't mean the price will necessarily be there an hour later.

If you want to give me a PM with your quote reference number, I will look into the quote to see if we have any other markets I can try for you.
