Hi
If you are talking about aditives for oil as in engine oil there are a few although synthetic oils laready have aditives, however one of the problems with engine oil is that the sump is open to atmosphere, which allows moisture into the oil and this turns acidic eating at bearings etc, some aditives reduce this effect. however the best way I found is to add a clean oil filter which removes moisture it also means you acn go for 100,000 miles without changing oil, only change the cleanoil filter ever 6,000 miles.

As for fuel there are aditives for fuel most of which are cleaners that clean out the fuel system. In the older petrol cars and in some modern petrol ones this used to block carbs and injectors, if the car was older and never had an additive before dirt etc from tank used to go through the system. All diesels and most modern petrols now have fuel filters, sedimenters etc.

Hope this helps
