Take sample of the oil and go from there.
If the oil is contaminated then they could have good reason.

Unfortunately, a lot of places have one nasty experience with these cars and then either won't touch them or go overboard to protect their work. It's a fine line and no one wants an argument especially when they are trying to do good for a client..Yeah I did ask them to do that Iβm not certain it was in the right garage to be honest
