Hi guys, I have recently got myself a 2002 disco, I am a total newbie really and I'm looking for some help, I hqve developed a leak, I think its coming from the ACE system, reservoir is about 15mm below min line and the drip seems to be coming from above the back drivers side front mud guard (if that makes sense?) As I understood it the ACE works as part of the SLS system, which has been removed at some point. Or am I just getting two systems mixed up? Like I said I am new to this but am keen to learn, as a side note about the same time I noticed the leak I also noticed that the landy has developed a noise/slash vibration that I can feel under my right foot, it is more noticeable when its just idling could this all be part of the ACE fluid being so low?

However look for for local hydraulic specialists, may be agricultural, but they can make up cheaper pipes.

Thanks for the advice, I know this might sound like a daft question but where is the Discovery section? I'm still finding my way round this website.

they are 2 separate systems, pipes often corrode til they leak its one thing to look for when your buying as pipes are £100 ish to buy and fitting can be a pain, you can buy the parts and remove ace and fit solid roll bars perhaps wisest choice if all pipes look poor front and back, but if you just need 1 pipe worth fixing , for the noise check front crank pulley
