Just met a nice gentleman who pulled out Infront of me at a roundabout stood no chance of stopping and barely got my foot on the brake

the front cross member has been pushed back a good way and both headlights are pointing down a long way

you can see how far it's gone back.also is it still leagl to drive with all that trim missing round the front of the wheel?.
 
I think with some "elbow-grease" it will buff out just fine. :D

I take it the other car is in a worse state? I hope no-one was hurt?
 
Looks a simple diy repair as JM says but with garage rates these days is there a good chance of a non economical repair ??
If the accident was not his fault then he has every right to demand his vehicle be repaired to it's original state!!!

Never back down, insurance is mandatory and so must be their obligation to fight for their clients lawful rights!
 
Sorry yes it's the bumper that's bent caught him on the corner so it's pushed it in not as bad as I thought.claim will probably not go in my favour as in trying to avoid a tee bone I hit the rear corner of the car my experience with insurance company's shows they see black and white and driver straight away claimed I drove into the back of him...going to get a dashcam.....and still really pi**ed off about it.

I stopped today and recovered the bumper end and found the headlight washer jet bit will be fixing it at the weekend with my land rover repair kit
