ffs
we're not all insomniacs

anyway, with regard to your question....................

I aint got a clue.

Not bled the brakes on a Freelander but all the other cars I have done, including ABS work the same way. Bleed from the furthest wheel from the master cylinder first until you get new fluid coming out, and work your way to the nearest. (sometimes helps to have the engine running )

In the FL1 the seq is:
LH front,
RH front,
LH rear,
RH rear,
Get yourself a one-man bleed kit if you are tackling it on your todd. Esp if it's the early hours of the morning job for insomniacs ;)
