Hello everyone!
Just wanted to let you all know that this is coming up soonish...

If anyone is in the area or feels like heading to Germany, it's definitely worth it.

The Abenteuer and Allrad show is the best all wheel drive adventure show in Europe. The organisers of the U.K. shows could learn a lot from the German ones.

There is 3 or 4 off-road courses inside the show ground. Less then 55,000 visitors and it is a quiet show.

Ticket 15 euros per day, camping 15 euros per night. Beer 2 or 3 euros.

You will not get round the stands in a single day. Yes we will be there again this year.

Looks interesting but a bit of a commute

Well our ferry is booked, hotel booked midway, camping spot booked. Beer and food already booked in.

Now it can be done in a days drive from the ports but we take it easy. It takes us 3-4 days to visit and talk to the traders that we wish to talk to. There are traders there which you do not see in the UK.

Let me know when you get there.
Maybe we can catch up.

We get there on the Wednesday 19th June about mid afternoon and camp behind the Nakatanenga stand on the main site. We leave on the Sunday evening about 6pm.

The staff on the Nakatanenga stand will know where to find us

I've booked tickets,so will be there all weekend......:)
Only thing is... I can't decide wether to have a steady drive there in the 90,or get there more quickley & comfortably in the D3.
Sat nav says 12hrs,so in the 90 thats 14 or 15 hrs.:(

Well we have done the trip to Bad Kissingen 7 or 8 times in a 110. This year we were planning on doing it in the D4. Currently have a slight problem as we need to get the windscreen replaced in the next week as it got cracked yesterday.

We will be camping behind the Nakatanenga stand which is on the right about 100 metres from main entrance on main way in.

Come and say hi if you get half a chance. Most of the staff on the stands will have a decent grasp of English.

Not long to go now to the start of the best 4 x 4 show in Europe.
